Because DC likes to exploit people, so artists of talent go someplace else.

Jonesy has set himself a standard and won't debase himself just to satisfy his on personal, beastial urges.

DC has always been sub-par to Marvel and therefor just can't woo the proper artistic talent. And you.. know.. this... man. I mean what a goddamn fucking ridiculous question?!
